Congratulations to Ralph (1st Vice-President of the Fillmore Chamber of Commerce) and Lorena Jimenez on being named the June 2017 Yard of the Month. Their beautiful green tropical oasis features King, Queen and Pickling palms along with Banana trees and Tulips. They have three children, Matthew (attending UC Merced), Nick and Sophia. The Jimenez family was presented with a gift certificate for Otto & Sons Nursery. 2017 Student Legislative Forum!

The Fillmore Chamber of Commerce was honored to have worked in conjunction with  the office of Assemblymember Monique Limon in planning the 1st Annual Student Legislative Forum.held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 in Camarillo.  Fillmore High School and Middle School students attended and learned about the legislative process.

A Grand re-opening for FZ Tax Serviceswas celebrated on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2017 with music, food samples and giveaways. Fillmore City Council member Tim Holmgren, The Fillmore Chamber of Commerce President Irma Magana, Vice President Martin Guerrero and Ari Larson (Public Relations and Marketing) were on hand for the ribbon-cutting. Also, in attendance were Miss Fillmore Natalie Johnston, 1st Princess Emily Armstrong and Miss Teen Fillmore Grace Garnica. The businesses is located in the Super A shopping center on Highway 126.
